Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:
In their original condition
Unused and unworn (if applicable)
Unopened mystery items such as dumplings or blind box items
Free of damage caused after delivery
Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Clearance or sale items
Opened beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products
Handmade or custom-made items
Gift cards
Items marked "Final Sale"
Used & Pre-Owned Items
Many of our products are unique, pre-loved, or one-of-a-kind. These items are sold as described and photographed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing, as used items may show normal signs of wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
